Are you
ready
to take care of
your home?

What do you mean, take care of my home?
Your body and mind are your home. It has their own style, you built it little by little, the best way you could until now. It is where you dwell; it is something known and familiar.
Some people are happy with the house they have and it doesn't interfere with their routines. Others observe small details that they would like to change (painting a wall, moving furniture, etc.) and, finally, there are those who want to carry out a thorough renovation, as they are dissatisfied with the house they built and want to change everything in it.
However, even for those who want to make small changes or those who want to make major renovations, sometimes what is most urgent needs to be fixed. Some houses have holes in the ceiling and need repairs before the storm hits and there is no way to make any other changes until this is not repaired. Others don't even have a ceiling.
So is the process of psychotherapy. There are people who seek to make small changes, while others still need to create a solid foundation so that they can, more calmly, look inside and decide on the reform they want to do.
And, like any renovation process, doing therapy takes work, requires patience and time. But, I promise you that when you look at the house you live in and feel satisfied with what you built, all the effort will be worth it.

Who am I
How does this renovation work?
As a work tool, I use the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach in my consultations. Know a little more about her:

Every good renovation starts with good planning. So it is with CBT. She is focused on goals and objectives and, regardless of whether you want to decorate your home or completely renovate it, it is important that we define together what you want to build.

There is no renovation without a tool.
Within TCC we use several practical tools to change the way we think and act. You will also use them throughout your self-knowledge process.

Hands up!
At CBT, we try to transpose the knowledge and reflections built within the sessions into the patient's daily life, planning activities that make this possible.
